Is it suitable for a first edition?
Yes. We can talk even if you are still deciding on the name, categories or schedule. The first step is to understand your idea and what you need to get it started.
Is the platform proven?
Yes. It has managed more than 200 editions and processed over 500,000 entries in more than 15 countries, with over 20 years supporting the region's most demanding festivals. It is a process other organizers have already used successfully.
Do I need an initial investment?
No. You only pay when you use the platform: no licenses to buy, servers to install or teams to train before you start. Each edition is independent, with no long-term contracts or hidden costs; the price includes hosting, support, updates and maintenance. You are charged per processed entry, so you never pay for capacity you do not use.
Do we have to change how we evaluate?
We start with the rules and criteria of your call for entries. Before moving forward, we review together how they translate to the platform and what configuration your process requires.
Can the team operate independently?
Yes. Our support helps your team gain independence. We agree on technical assistance for the entry, judging and awards periods.
Can one account be used for different festivals?
Your OXOBOX account can be reused. Joining each festival and accepting its terms are separate steps for that call for entries. Having an account does not automatically enter you in other festivals.
How are the proposal and cost determined?
First we discuss the stages, materials, schedule and support you need. With that information, we can define the scope and a proposal for your festival.
